Summary:
Maintaining healthy relationships enables organizations to quickly and effectively pivot their strategies, without causing dramatic disruptions.
This resilience and adaptability is a significant advantage, as it allows people to work as equals and prioritize their relationships with one another over the specific direction of the group. The simplicity and significance of fostering good relationships is emphasized, as it allows for a supportive environment where individuals can help each other out and learn to be better friends.
