You need to make yourself vulnerable and open up to the possibility that decent people are out there and will accept you. Just because they aren't next to you right now, doesn't mean they aren't out there, right around the corner, also looking for companionship.You need to get off social media which is like eating doritos for nutrition. You wont be hungry anymore but you'll gradually get more and more unhealthy.Covid did you no favours.Use the internet to set up meetings irl. Join interest groups. Get put there and you'll be okay.
